Wai Lim is an Associate at Chambers Russell Lawyers practicing in commercial litigation with a focus on building and construction litigation and strata disputes.
Prior to joining Chambers Russell Lawyers, Wai previously practiced in general litigation at a boutique firm, where he worked predominantly on a mixture of commercial, contractual and criminal matters. Wai has also gained experience appearing in the Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Wai holds a Bachelor of Laws (honours) and Commerce from the Australian National University. Wai was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in December 2019 and is a current member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
