Silas Otto is an associate at Chambers Russell Lawyers practising in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on building defect and strata disputes. He acts in contentious building and strata matters and has experience appearing in courts and tribunals across Victoria, New South Wales, and the Australian Capital Territory, including VCAT, the Supreme Courts in each jurisdiction, and the Federal Court.
Silas has a broad commercial litigation background. Prior to joining Chambers Russell Lawyers, his practice included insolvency, corporations and banking and finance disputes. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the Australian National University and is completing a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.
