Patrick Delaney is a Senior Associate at Chambers Russell Lawyers and manages a portfolio of professional negligence and personal injury claims including public liability, medical negligence, workers’ compensation, motor vehicle and institutional child abuse claims.
Patrick brings a broad range of experience to his practice having first qualified as a physiotherapist in 2004, and worked in various clinical roles and insurance claims management prior to his admission as a solicitor. He has represented clients in both Queensland and New South Wales jurisdictions and takes great satisfaction in providing his clients an opportunity to take back control in a time of distress and uncertainty for their future.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy / Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University, and a Juris Doctor professional degree in law from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the following:
