Katie Caldow is a partner at Chambers Russell Lawyers and leader of the firm’s personal injury and compensation practice, and its Queensland deceased estates practice. An experienced litigator, she advises clients across personal injury and compensation, professional negligence, defamation and estate matters. Practising in both Queensland and New South Wales jurisdictions, Katie combines technical litigation capability with a trauma-informed, client-centred approach. She contributes actively to the profession through industry engagement and thought leadership, particularly on the intersection between personal injury liability and strata and body corporate law.

  • Holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Southern Queensland and maintains membership with the Queensland Law Society, Australian Lawyers Alliance, Strata Community Association (Qld), Gold Coast District Law Association Inc, Greater Southern Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce and the Human Rights Law Association.
