Brandon Thai is a senior associate at Chambers Russell Lawyers practising in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on construction, strata and regulatory disputes. He acts for a diverse range of clients, including owners corporations, ASX-listed companies, government agencies and childcare operators, across complex commercial and contractual disputes.
Brandon takes a practical and commercially focused approach, helping clients understand complex legal issues, their options and the path forward. He works with clients from the early stages of a dispute, including pre-litigation strategy and mediation, through to contested proceedings.
Brandon regularly appears in courts and tribunals across New South Wales, including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, District Court, Local Court and New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications), majoring in Economics, from the University of Sydney. He is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
