Chris Gottlieb is Head of Strategy and Operations at Chambers Russell Lawyers.
He is responsible for the firm’s business operations and plays a leadership role in developing the firm’s overall strategy. With a focus on client experience, employee engagement and innovation, Chris drives the firm’s growth while continually improving client service and a thriving culture.
Chris is recognised as one of Australia’s leading experts in professional services strategy, culture and transformation. He has practiced law in New York and London, but has spent most of his career as a professional services advisor at McKinsey & Company and independently. Before joining Chambers Russell Chris had held roles as Chief Strategy Officer at KPMG Australia, Head of Strategy, Business Development and Innovation at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, and as a strategic advisor to Norton Rose Fulbright. Chris holds a Masters of Laws from Harvard Law School, a law degree from the University of Oxford, and a Masters in the Psychology of Coaching from Sydney University.
